By accessing www.ajseoagency.com or engaging AJSEOAGENCY (“we,” “our,” “us”) for any service, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Offered

AJSEOAGENCY provides SEO, performance marketing, web development, e-commerce growth, and other related digital services (collectively, “Services”), as described in individual proposals, quotes, or service agreements provided to each client.

Proposals and Scope of Work

Each engagement is governed by a specific proposal, quote, or agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as an additional charge, subject to client approval before work begins.

Payment Terms

  • Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
  • Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in that agreement (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or monthly retainer).
  • Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of ongoing work until outstanding balances are settled.
  • Prices are subject to change for future projects or renewals, with advance notice provided to the client.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, credentials, content, and information
  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
  • Communicate feedback and requirements clearly

Delays caused by the client in providing access or feedback may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of AJSEOAGENCY.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If AJSEOAGENCY is unable to deliver the agreed-upon Services.
  • Service Failure: If Services were not provided in accordance with the agreed scope, and the issue is not resolved after a reasonable opportunity to correct it.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to “info.ajseoagency@gmail.com” within 7 days of the service completion date. The request should include:

  1. Client name and contact information
  2. Service details and relevant invoice/order number
  3. Explanation of the reason for the request
  4. Any supporting documentation

Refund Process

  • Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of receipt.
  • We may request additional information or clarification before making a decision.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Consultation or audit fees
  • Work already completed and delivered (e.g., completed SEO audits, published content, live website pages)
  • Third-party costs incurred on the client’s behalf (e.g., domain, hosting, ad spend, paid tools, or licenses)
  • Setup or onboarding fees, where applicable

Results and Performance

SEO and performance marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and platform policies. While we apply industry best practices, AJSEOAGENCY does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website code, custom graphics), unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  • AJSEOAGENCY retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used by AJSEOAGENCY remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

AJSEOAGENCY’s total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
